Aeroflot is one of the oldest Airlines in the world, and Russia’s flag carrying airline. Founded in 1923, Aeroflot currently situates itself as
the national airline of Russia with one of the youngest fleets of any international airlines.
It’s current brand is a totem to the Russian government and its strength and connection to their history. Aeroflot is a consistent brand that has survived through the ages of time and war, and one that every individual in Russia recognizes.

With a brand of long standing survival and history, It was important to me to look to their past, strength, and Russian morals. I looked to symbols of steadiness in Russian culture and made it a focus of mine to rebrand this airline in a way that moved the airline into the modern era while paying tribute to the heritage and symbolism it is already recognized for.
